Who could you be seeing at the show?

It’s March already…and we’re not quite sure how that happened? Which means that the show in May will also be here before you know it! With Spring in the air, and the snow receding, exhibitors are booking in all the time, so we thought we’d give you a sneak preview of some of the companies you’ll be seeing at The Food & Drink Trade Show this year.

Denhay Farms
Established in 1952, Denhay Farms is a family run company in the West Country, who produce award winning quality bacon and gammon. Their award winning dry cured bacon is made using only British outdoor bred pigs raised on RSPCA Assured farms, traditional hand crafting methods and their own special cure. Bacon as it used to taste! This year they’re launching new Denhay Direct. Chefs, B&Bs, Restaurants and Hotels can now buy delicious Denhay bacon direct from them. (Stand B11).

All of their award-winning flapjacks are made by a small and dedicated team of happy cooks creating their own unique range of luxury flapjacks, made by hand, full of flavour with all the best ingredients money can buy. Think interesting flavours such as “Apple, Blackcurrant & Yoghurt”, “Rhubarb Crumble” and “Caramel Latte”, in huge chunky pieces, made with British oats, locally sourced West Country butter and Fairtrade brown sugar. There’s also a range suitable for vegans and the lactose intolerant, so there’s bound to be one your customers will love! (Stand D6).

Gran Stead’s Ginger
Gran Stead’s Ginger Co. produces unique non-alcoholic ginger drinks and traditional lemonade with a nostalgic nod to yesteryear. They were inspired by an original recipe created by Gran Stead herself back in the 19th Century. Gran Stead’s ginger drinks are handmade in Sussex, and are a world away from mass produced fizzy beverages. Try the original Mellow Ginger, the new Spiced Ginger Punch, or the odd one out in their range, the traditional zingy Still Lemonade. (Stand A8).

New Ewe
New Ewe produce traditional cold process chunky farmhouse soap made with sheep’s milk. Made in the UK and ethically produced from 100% natural ingredients with fragrances to suit both him and her, ‘New Ewe’ products have been designed, with the ‘New You’ in mind – caring and nurturing healthy skin for you and your family. They also have a range of complementary lanolin rich hand lotions and cream, as well as New Ewe branded hand and tea towels. (Stand NC7).

The Cherry Tree
The Cherry Tree is a family run business based in the West Country. Since 1997 they have been dedicated to producing the highest quality pickles & preserves, chutneys & preserves for you to indulge in and enjoy. All their products are hand cooked in small batches, using only the finest ingredients and following traditional recipes, from their marvellous marmalades to their zingy chutneys. They believe it is the time and love they put into making them that sets them apart – and is probably also why their products are multi-award-winners from the prestigious Great Taste and Taste of the West awards! (Stand B8).

Zenith Epos
You might run a café, restaurant, hotel or pub. You may need EPoS for hospitality or retail; private business or public sector. Well you’re in safe hands with Zenith. With over 60 years of combined experience, they will ensure you get the system that will best suit your business. Their training is second to none and they will follow up after a month or so, to ensure everything is still running smoothly. They’re always on-hand to sort problems, answer questions and offer advice, and have an excellent customer satisfaction record. (Stand G1).
