A fantastic range of mustards in the forms of ready to eat jarred mustards & their fantastic mustard balls. Demos will be given on how to reconstitute a mustard ball to show just how easy it is to make your own mustard masterpieces, and talking about the history of the product. Samples of their great variety of flavoured mustards will be on offer to try. (Stand G9).
Two Birds Spirits.
Their spirits express all the natural ingredients and botanics of the great outdoors. Visit them and sample their double award winning classic London Dry Gin. Hand distilled in Market Harborough, their gin is crammed full of juniper flavour and 4 other botanicals, then finished with natural spring water from deep beneath the Charnwood hills. Their distilling process creates a powerful Gin, which retains a smooth and delicate finish on the palate. (Stand F10).
Sue Gilmour Chocolate.
Sue Gilmour Chocolate is a small Herefordshire-based chocolate company built around Sue’s passion for chocolate. They hand-make their luxury chocolate bars in rural Herefordshire. They use natural, and where possible locally sourced, flavourings. Each bar is covered with a beautiful botanically inspired wrapper, and is sure to give instant delight whenever and wherever it is opened. (Stand F12).
Bakestone Bakery produces delicious top quality gluten and dairy free products including bakestones, muffins, bread, steam puddings and celebration cakes . Based in Forfaen South Wales they use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and try to ensure the full traceability of their products. (Stand G17).
Handmade Belgian chocolate novelties for the gift market. Items include stunning high heeled shoes, flowers for Mothers Day, roly poly sheep, funky chicks for Easter and other gorgeous gifts for that special occasion. (Stand G16).
