The Food & Drink Trade Show launches at Three Counties Showground

Three Counties for blogWe’re really excited to announce that we’ve found the perfect home for our Food & Drink Trade Show! It will take place at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, where it will be taking up residence in the Severn Hall, on the 3rd & 4th of May 2017.

The Three Counties Showground has a long history in farming and food.  It is home to the Three Counties Agricultural Society, a registered charity working for rural industry, the environment and countryside life.  Thanks to its central location and the range of shows held there, the showground is at the heart of the regional food market, for both producer and visitor.  Where could be better for the Food & Drink Trade Show?

Severn Hall for BlogThe Three Counties Showground does exactly what it says on the tin. It covers Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, whilst being easily accessible to anyone travelling from further afield.  It’s only around half an hour from Cheltenham, and is about 8 miles from both the M5 and M50 motorways. Brown tourist signs point the way from all main routes and there is plenty of free parking.  It’s also only a five-minute drive from Great Malvern Station, with direct trains to London Paddington and Birmingham New Street.  The showground is a nationally recognised venue and welcomes more than a million visitors each year.

Mike Anderson, our MD, said: “We are excited about bringing this show to Malvern. Local buyers can expect to find a superb selection of quality regional food and drink from Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, alongside all the other services they need for their hospitality or retail business. We are also really pleased that the South West regional food group, Taste of the West, will be taking part along with a selection of the best producers from the South West”.
