Meet our New Faces!

The show is now less than three weeks away, and we thought this would be a good time to introduce you to our Newcomers – new local companies exhibiting at the show who have never done a trade show before.  You could be the very first to meet, sample, and stock their products!  There are fifteen of them so far, and here’s a handful of them to whet your appetite:

Just AddJust Add Ltd
With the “Just Add” range of sauces all you have to do is add double cream for a totally decadent luxury sauce, or for those who prefer a low fat option simply use crème fraiche.  They even have a delicious Thai Green curry to use with coconut cream or low fat coconut milk.  You can also use their flavour concentrates as a rub, marinade or stir fry with them.  All their products are 100% gluten free.  (Stand NC13).

Sibling DistillerySibling Distillery
Sibling Triple Distilled Gin was designed with cocktails in mind.  They have worked with top cocktail makers to create a botanical mix which is memorable for all of the right reasons.  They use the very best ingredients and the characteristic smoothness of their gin is achieved with softening tones of vanilla and blueberry, subtle hints of orange and lemon ensuring a clean fresh twist.  (Stand NC5).

Somerset CharcuterieSomerset Charcuterie
Somerset Charcuterie believe in embracing traditional Italian and Spanish methods combined with some of the fantastic flavours and rich food culture of the West Country.  Mixing the old with the new, and continental with British, their charcuterie delivers bold, robust flavours that will excite and intrigue.  They use mainly Saddleback and Tamworth pigs – all free range and locally reared. Where possible they use locally sourced ingredients and their cider, sage, cheese, goat, duck and wild garlic all come from Somerset producers.  Somerset Charcuterie has just been presented with the Western Daily Press ‘Food Producer of the Year’ award.  (Stand B18).
