These gourmet chocolate brownies are all hand-baked from a dedicated and professional kitchen, tucked away on a rural farm on the edge of the glorious north Cotswolds. Many of the ingredients used are produced nearby. They use a 70% (min. cocoa solids) European chocolate for their base recipe with a high proportion of chocolate to ensure a rich, mature taste, and use Divine fair-trade chocolate for the ‘chocolate chunks’ in many of their flavours.
