Direct mail, email and online campaigns, social media conversation, advertising in key trade publications, local and national press coverage, telephone campaigns, and face to face promotion.
What area is it promoted to?
The promotional campaign will specifically target postal areas within a one hour radius including; Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Gloucester, Hereford, Newport, Oxford, Swindon, & Worcester.

With a web link from the official show web site, an entry in the show catalogue, and unlimited tickets for your customers. Raise the profile of your company and product ranges in pre-show promotion to thousands of key influential decision makers.
How much does it cost?
Stands at The Food and Drink trade show are £185.00 per sq.m. + vat. The cost includes walls, and a fascia nameboard, as well as all of the show marketing benefits. Members of Taste of the West and Heart of England Fine Foods will receive a discount of £15.00 per sq.m from the standard rate. The drawing shown below is a 3m x 3m stand = 9sq.m. A minimum of 3m x 1m= 3sq.m applies to all bookings.
A limited number of subsidised newcomers stands will provide an affordable way to introduce new companies to trade buyers.
They are for companies producing food and drink within the postcode areas of BA, BS, CF, GL, HR, NP, OX, SN or WR, who have not participated at a trade show before and are less than 18months old.
The stands are 1.5m x 1.5m corner stands.
Stand cost includes walls, an electrical socket OR 2 spotlights, and a fascia nameboard, as well as all of the show marketing benefits.
