A little bit of what you fancy does you good

No sooner is Christmas over, than the Easter Eggs appear in the shops. ¬†Now it may well seem a little bit early for that, but when it’s cold and snowy outside, the thought of something truly indulgent really appeals, so we’re really looking forward to seeing these scrumptious treats at the show ūüôā

These gourmet chocolate brownies are all hand-baked from a dedicated and professional kitchen, tucked away on a rural farm on the edge of the glorious north Cotswolds. ¬†Many of the ingredients used are produced nearby. ¬† They use a 70% (min. cocoa solids) European chocolate for their base recipe with a high proportion of chocolate to ensure a rich, mature taste, and use Divine fair-trade chocolate for the ‚Äėchocolate chunks‚Äô in many of their flavours. ¬†(Stand 54).

James Chocolates
James is passionate about food and started handmaking chocolates in 1995 when he was working at a delicatessen in Bristol.  He was curious to find out how to create chocolates from scratch, so in the evenings he read about chocolate making and then started to blend his own creations in his kitchen at home.  James Chocolates have now been having serious fun with good quality chocolate for over 15 years so have been around long enough to know what works!  They make a wide range of great tasting British chocolates that are simply but beautifully branded and packaged Рproudly combining big flavours with striking designs.  Their new Easter range includes their Sunny Side Up Egg and lovable Shepton Sheep on Sticks.  They’ve also got deliciously tempting new lines to boost summer sales.  (Stand 14).
